Cooking Class with Chef Rabih Fouany
June 22 - Summer Delights

Schedule
The class will start with a special breakfast on the Penthouse terrace.
A cooking class by Chef Rabih Fouany where guests will learn how to prepare:
- Crudités sandwich -- eggplant caviar, basil, confit tomato, goat cheese, tapenade
- Sea-scallop salsa verde -- carpaccio, fresh herbs, Schwan pepper, apple brunoises
- Baby chicken and stone fruits cassoulet -- farm chicken / stone fruits / raspberry vinegar / lemon confit
- Herb crusted Brak fish -- Mediterranean ratatouille / braised fennel / Barigoule sauce
After the class, guests will enjoy a complimentary lunch with our chefs and will savor the different dishes accompanied with wine.
