On the occasion of Mother’s Day, Phoenicia Culinary Institute presents a special cooking class on Saturday March 16 with the Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Allereau.

Schedule
The class will start with a brunch (mix of salty and sweet Canapés) at the terrace of the Penthouse.

Special course with Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Allereau who will prepare the below desserts

• Millefeuille caramelized with vanilla cream and mango jasmine jelly
• Millefeuille raspberry Mi-Cuit
• Arlette à la crème Coquelicot, Coulis de Framboise, Hibiscus
• Tarte aux Pommes en Bande
• Palmier

After the class, guests will savor the different desserts.
