On the occasion of Mother’s Day, Phoenicia Culinary Institute presents a special cooking class on Saturday March 16 with the Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Allereau.

The class will start with a brunch (mix of salty and sweet Canapés) at the terrace of the Penthouse.
Special course with Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Allereau who will prepare the below desserts
- Millefeuille caramelized with vanilla cream and mango jasmine jelly
- Millefeuille raspberry Mi-Cuit
- Arlette à la crème Coquelicot, Coulis de Framboise, Hibiscus
- Tarte aux Pommes en Bande
- Palmier
After the class, guests will savor the different desserts.
